Roofer
Barbic Roofing, Matt Rosso, Owner - 831-588-7788 or 831-458-1482 Craig met with Matt as we had some concerns about a few places on our roof. He inspected the roof and gave Craig the good news that everything was in good shape. He made a few suggestions that Craig could do on his own to make the roof more sound. He was very professional and nice.

Christian will contact CalTrans about improving the line of sight when you are at the 17/Vine Hill intersection wanting to turn north or south but trees are partially inhibiting a clear view of oncoming traffic.
Lisa will followup on the current status of the Hwy 17 Access Plan. I’ve posted a picture of the Vine Hill plan and a copy of the full proposal here: https://www.fontenayvilla.com/discussions/hoa-meetings/proposed-highway-17-access-plan
I’ve contacted the tennis court company to add pickle ball lines to one of the courts ASAP
Cynthia and Laura will work with a forester to evaluate our options for reducing the fire risk of the “timber preserve”
I will followup with our gate company to get the hinges reset and realignment ASAP
