Followups

  • Christian will contact CalTrans about improving the line of sight when you are at the 17/Vine Hill intersection wanting to turn north or south but trees are partially inhibiting a clear view of oncoming traffic.

  • Lisa will followup on the current status of the Hwy 17 Access Plan. I’ve posted a picture of the Vine Hill plan and a copy of the full proposal here: https://www.fontenayvilla.com/discussions/hoa-meetings/proposed-highway-17-access-plan

  • I’ve contacted the tennis court company to add pickle ball lines to one of the courts ASAP

  • Cynthia and Laura will work with a forester to evaluate our options for reducing the fire risk of the “timber preserve”

  • I will followup with our gate company to get the hinges reset and realignment ASAP
